1.General Provisions

Welcome to the "FormatX" subscription service!

In order to use the "FormatX" subscription service (hereinafter referred to as the "Pro Subscription Service"), you should read and comply with the "Pro Subscription Service Terms" (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms").

2. Contents of Pro Subscription Service

After receiving or paying to activate the Pro subscription service, you can continue to access all Pro features in "FormatX" during the corresponding service period.

3. Continuous monthly and annual subscription services

The continuous monthly subscription service is an automatic renewal service provided to you on the premise that you have turned on the Pro subscription service. If you activate a continuous monthly or annual subscription service, you are deemed to have authorized "FormatX" to use your own recharge account and the third party bound to "FormatX" when the Pro subscription service you have opened is about to expire. Third-party payment accounts, bank cards, communication accounts, iTunes accounts (referred to as "accounts"), etc. will withhold the service fees for the next billing cycle. The deduction time is within 24 hours before the billing cycle expires.

You need to bind the "FormatX" to the aforementioned account and ensure there is sufficient balance to support withholding. If the renewal fails due to insufficient balance in the above account, you will be responsible for the corresponding consequences.

4. Solutions for payment not received

If the Pro service does not take effect in time after you subscribe and pay, please try to update to the latest version of the App, and then click "Restore Purchase" ("Restore" in English version) at the bottom of the Pro purchase page to restore the Pro privileges. If it is still not resolved, please contact us (email: formatx-app@outlook.com).

"FormatX" has the final right to interpret this Agreement.
